China Manufacturer: Entered into an authorized distributorship
agreement with a major manufacturer of LED street lights in China and is
now the exclusive distributor of their products in South

Wholesale Distributorship Agreement Miami: Entered into a
distributorship agreement with a major electrical wholesaler in Miami
who is now stocking some Green LED Technology products and will
ultimately distribute them to what will end up being a total of 660
stores throughout the United States.

Bidding Southern California Projects: Entered into a licensing
agreement with Green LED Technology, California. Green LED Technology has
opened a wholesale/retail business location and is currently bidding on
government projects in Southern California.

Contract Sales Agreement: Entered into a contract sales
agreement with The Green Consortium, LLC, which is experienced in selling
to the governments of:

• Puerto Rico
• Dominican Republic
• Venezuela
• Guatemala
• Panama
• El Salvador
• Costa Rica and
• Orange County, Florida
• Florida Power and Light
• Florida International University
• University of Miami
• University of Florida
• Miami International Airport

Internet Sales Agreement RUMBUM: Entered into an internet
sales agreement with RUMBUM.com, which will open and operate an internet
store as of December 1, 2009, selling the entire Green LED Technology
product line.

Wholesale Agreement: Entered into a wholesale agreement with
Miami’s Energy Solutions, which offers Green LED Technology products
as a compliment to its line of solar equipment.

Contract Sales Agreement: Entered into a contract sales
agreement with Sha Enterprises, LLC, which is experienced at selling to
the governments of Newark, New Jersey and New York City.

Pilot Program Tamarac, Florida: Entered into a six month long
pilot program with the city of Tamarac, Florida, wherein Green LED
Technology has installed twenty five Green LED Technology LED street
lights on a local Tamarac highway. Upon the conclusion of the pilot
program, the City of Tamarac expects to supply and install 390 additional
LED street lights, at which time Green LED Technology anticipates being
given priority in the bidding process.

Pilot Program Pittsburgh: Entered into a nine month long pilot
program with the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, wherein Green LED
Technology supplied three Green LED Technology LED street lights in June
of 2009. Upon the conclusion of the pilot program, the City of Pittsburgh
intends to ‘put out for bid’ the contract to supply forty
thousand additional LED street lights, at which time Green LED Technology
anticipates being given priority in the bidding process.

Pilot Program Coral Springs, FL: Entered into a three month
long pilot program with the city of Coral Springs, Florida, in July 2009,
wherein Green LED Technology supplied three Green LED Technology LED
street lights. The City of Coral Springs expects to ‘put out for
bid’ the contract to supply three hundred additional LED street
lights, at which time Green LED Technology anticipates being given
priority in the bidding process.

Energy Star: Qualified and became an Energy Star Partner with
the United States Department of Energy.

Distribution Network Expected to Produced $10M USD in 24-30
Months

Hi-Score recently launched a nationwide distributorship program. The
program is designed to install 2000 distributors that will service
approximately 30,000 retail locations. Each location will receive a Point
of Purchase Display Rack that will show and sell Hi-Score’s
EcoGreenBulb line of liquid mercury free compact fluorescent light bulbs.
The implementation of the network of distributors is expected to continue
through 2011.

Hi-Score expects the program to produce approximately $10M USD in
revenue for Hi-Score within the next 24-30 months.

Government Contract Applications Anticipated

Grant Enterprises of America, a consulting firm specializing in
government contract applications will be supervising the final phase of
the company’s efforts to become a Government Service Administration
Vendor. The current administration has taken an aggressive stance to
implement improved energy efficiency throughout the government including
more efficient lighting in government offices, National Parks and
Highways. There are a limited number of stable and reliable Energy Saving
Lighting Companies with the strength to handle extensive Federal Projects
with the ability to projects complete projects on time and within budget.
Green LED Technology is able to handle these government projects and is
positioned to lead the way in this endeavor. The company began the process
of obtaining government approval as GSA Schedule Holder in June of 2009.
Grant Enterprises feels confident that they can guide Green LED Technology
to obtain GSA contracts by the end of the first quarter of 2010.
