*** Update ***

Happy Friday everybody.  It’s not so happy for me, I’m moving!
Moving is a nightmare.  Maybe I should call Keith Hernandez to help
me.  Hahaha, sorry…unless you watch lots of old Seinfeld episodes
like I do, no one will get that little joke : (

Well this week was a bit disappointing.  After a string of solid
and consistent 20-50% winners, this week we got a break-even and sadly
a loser today on SNWT.   It’s really not so bad though, and I have good
news for next week.

First let’s talk about SGCA.  Despite the fact that two
newsletters picked up the story on SGCA, the volume today was nothing
compared to yesterday.  Now we are still at about a break-even on SGCA,
so we have the option to play it safe and exit the trade without much
harm done.  If you’re conservative, you might want to think about doing
that…or you may have done that already.  Also, we are getting farther
away from their news announcement that caused the initial excitement so
that is also not good.  There is only one reason I think staying in
SGCA may turn out to be very worthwhile.  I’m fairly well connected in
the small cap community and I’ve spoken to some of my fellow
newsletters and it seems as if SGCA may get some additional, more
powerful coverage next week.    This could finally cause the price
surge we’ve been hoping for.
Also SGCA maintained its price today
and never even dropped below 29 cents so I still think it’s a trade
with more upside than downside…but what I’ve seen so far isn’t what I
wanted so I’ll leave it up to you if you want to stay in this one or
not.  It may payoff if we wait, we’ll see…

On to SNWT.  I won’t lie…SNWT was a huge disappointment
today.  It traded very strongly in the morning and it seems like we
were on track for some big profits.  Then all of a sudden the price
just totally tanked.  It rebounded hard which is a good sign, but
overall closed the day down over 9%.  I actually got some emails saying
some of you bought into the downturn and cashed in a big profit when
the price shot back up, congrats to the lucky few.  If you took my
advice and traded with extreme caution, you probably escaped with a
very small loss.

Now this is something I’ve never said before, but for once those
of you who went wild and ignored my advice may be in for a treat.  Here
is why.  SNWT has run up 90% in five trading days.  A small cap stock
that goes on a run like that will typically crash 30-60%, just to kind
of "even out" and find its newer higher trading range.  After a 90% run
SNWT only came down a little over 9%, which in the small cap world…is
not THAT much.  When it started to crash hard today, it immediately
rebounded with high volume buying.  That’s another good sign.  Lastly,
in the past whenever I sent out an alert on SNWT, it has usually taken
about a week for the gains to really start adding up.

So factoring in all this, if you were a little reckless today and didn’t stop yourself out of SNWT and you’re still in it, you may actually be rewarded in about a week or less if SNWT follows its normal pattern.

To those of you who lost on SNWT, I’m very sorry.  I try to send
out very consistent "singles".  A book I read a long time ago called
"Tips and Tactics of the Master Daytrader" says…"Trying to hit
homeruns is the hallmark of a rookie.  Real pros try to hit singles
every single time they step up to the plate."  That’s kind of the
philosophy I follow.  I try to send you guys consistent solid winners,
not one 120% winner and five 50% losers.  Other
newsletters do that and the homeruns are great, but it’s just not my
style.  I always try to protect you guys from losing money so if you
did lose on SNWT today I’m sorry about that.

Good news is I am very confident I can make it up to you next
week.  I have an unbelievable pick that you’re going to love.  It’s a
hot trade so there’s the potential for quick money, but this is a REAL
investment that I believe will appreciate in value by a very large
amount.  Keep your eyes open next week.  I hate that some of you lost
money today (even though I think those of you still in SNWT will be
rewarded) and I am determined to make it up to you with a huge winner
next week.

Have a good weekend everybody,
