*** SNWT Expected to Beat Revenue Estimates ***

Morning everyone.  I mentioned last night how SNWT’s run seems to be propelled by some strong news they’ve been putting out, especially their most recent news…

It seems San West has announced it is likely to beat their prior
estimates on net sales AND gross profits.  In case you’re new to our
newsletter and have never heard of San West, they sell off-road buggies
online as well as at a retail location and through its dealer network.
Dune buggies may not sound like the most interesting industry in the
world but the company consistently puts out good numbers and maintains
rapid growth.  If you live in a city likeLos Angeles or New York you
may not quite understand just how mainstream off-road vehicles are in
rural areas and how high the demand is, even in tough economic times.
Whenever I go visit my relatives who live in Pennsylvania and Nevada
that kind of stuff is all they do over there.

Based on order patterns, increasing traffic and the victorious triumph of search engine
optimization and other marketing methods, they expect to generate
gross profits of at least $650,000 on net sales of approximately $2.1 MILLION
between January 1 and August 15, 2010.
The company also anticipates logging
1,000 new customer sign-ups and more than 1,100 sales orders during this
time-frame. This projection represents a significant increase over previously
announced online revenue forecasts for Spring 2010 of approximately
$450,000.

I’ve
run a few companies before and I am well aware of what can happen if
you make a successful change in your marketing methods.  I used to run
a business that was already generating pretty good profits, but one day
we decided to stop buying all of our leads from a lead broker…and
instead generate our own leads through purelyonline marketing methods.
Within a period of ONE week we had five times as many leads as we did
before that were of a higher quality than the former leads, for the same cost.
Our profits tripled within a few months.  That’s no BS, that is a true
story.  It happens with small companies all the time whenonline marketing takes an unexpected turn for the better.

It seems like, while not quite as dramatic as what happened with my company, what’s happening at SNWT is a smaller scale version of the same effect.  Strong online marketing can make a bigger difference in sales than most companies would expect.

This is why I think the gains have been holding up from SNWT’s
huge run.  I think the big growth numbers are attracting growth
investors instead of just day traders.  Growth investors usually buy
and hold so when they get into a company it can trade in the green for
quite a few days in a row, I’ve seen it go on for weeks.  Not only
that, but the recent spike in volume also will likely attract momentum
traders.  They don’t really buy and hold for long periods of time but
they’ll play the momentum and hold for maybe a week or so.  I think by
possibly attracting these new kinds of investors and traders,SNWT can keep up the run it’s on.

By the way, they also had a strong research report come out recently, which you can check out here if you want…

Nevertheless SNWT is on an EXTREME run right now, so trade with equally extreme caution just to be safe. This trade is definitely extreme like Olympic snowboarding, so be sure to wear your helmets.

If you enjoy crazy hot plays that can make you large and quick gains, SNWT is right up your alley.

Hopefully it’ll be hot today, and I’m predicting a
substantial gain by next week if we can get some friendly momentum
traders to hop on the SNWT momentum train.

Sayonara,

The Trader
