EXPU should be on every members buy list.  The stock is @ .135 and PSC is looking for a break of the .21 level.  The stock bounced off .10 inter day and close up 35 from that low.  This signals to us that the bottom has been reached.

The company is building a compelling value proposition with a strategic acquisition.   The company’s recent PRs are a road map to success for the company and a higher price for shareholders.

This acquisition justifies a much higher market cap for the company and we think market participants will reward  EXPU’s planning by bidding up the stock.
