GDHI, A Note of Appreciation from the CEO In response to member inquiries, we have been asked to clarify our relationship with GDHI. PSC provides market awareness for a number of companies. We were hired by a shareholder who is close to the company. Our mandate was to make sure the GDHI story was well understood and communicated to the general public. To that end we had a number of calls with GDHI and consultants close to the company. We were given guidance on business development by the company and we tried to communicate this guidance to our members. If we twitter or email out that we expect a PR, it is only our take on what the company communicates to PSC. PSC or GDHI can never guarantee that a PR will be released, we can only anticipate. Delays including change of plans and market conditions can affect PR dissemination. PSC always tries to stay on top of a story by trying to "scoop" other newsletters by constant communication with companies. This communication allows to better anticipate the PR flow based on the company’s reaction to our inquiries. Also, we judge the possibility and probability of a PR based on the company’s history when it comes to releasing PRs. Members can see below an email received by PSC from GDHI. It is clear from the email that GDHI appreciates and values PSC’s efforts.
