Darrin Holman, President of Bio Clean said, "There appears to be a need for a new parts cleaning machine that uses environmentally-friendly fluids that leave no hazardous waste when the cleaning job has been completed. We have the fluids, and we are now going to be testing a new and improved machine with a local auto repair shop in Southern California. We will announce the results upon completion and would anticipate getting to market with the new machine and fluids in the near future." Mr. Holman went on to say, "We are always looking to add to the list of "Green" things such as fluids, and or machines that we can bring to market and add to our bottom line."

Bio-Clean, Inc. to Test New Fluids for Restaurant Cleaning Treatment

Darrin Holman, President of Bio-Clean, said, "We will be adding to our list of environmentally-friendly aqueous based fluids with a new restaurant cleaning treatment (RTC) which is a unique blend of surfactants and oil consuming microbes. It has been formulated for cleaning floors, sports stadiums, and commercial food handling and preparation facilities." Mr. Holman went on to say, "We anticipate our new RTC will provide major cost saving benefits normally not associated with a floor cleaner, yet will be cost competitive. Further, our product can also be used in and around dumpsters to reduce foul odors and improve appearance. Tests will be done in San Diego, and in a local Huntington Beach establishment with results soon to follow."

Darrin Holman, President of Bio-Clean said, "With potential purchase orders of approximately $1,000,000 or more, to bottle, package, fulfill, and distribute our new and improved aqueous-based, environmentally-friendly degreaser and multipurpose products, purchased through American Bio-Tech Cleaning, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ACT Clean Technologies, Inc., and American Bio Clean, we have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with ACT and ABT to fulfill the contracts upon final receipt from the distributor. The names of the new products are soon to be announced."
