THE SKINVISIBLE PROFILE

OTCBB: SKVI

Hi Everyone:

I have had a lot of questions in the past two weeks on SKVI. I have
answered most of these before, but being the weekend I wanted to expand on
these. Below are some new questions, some previous questions, and some
updated answers.

How high do I expect the stock to go to?

I sent this out earlier today – href="http://www.sgurunews.com/emailmarketer/link.php?M=16735&N=181&L=235&F=H">READ
THIS
. I think it is a dollar stock minimum. What I think you cannot
take at face value. You simply must do your own due diligence. We are
looking at a very important product that could set the standard in virus
protection for the hands.

Do I think the company is going to get bought
out?

That is a question I get on every company I handle. The simple answer
is that you should never invest in a company as a buy-out candidate. There
are so few buy-outs, that to count on that as an investment strategy is
foolish. Could someone come along and see the value here, and then decide
to make an offer to the company? I don’t really know. I know the shares are
a great value. If nobody ever tries to buy-out the company, they have many
great products. The company is worth much more than it is trading for in my
opinion.

Is the science and research done in-house? Do they have a
team?

Yes. They develop these products in their laboratory. They have two
researchers on staff, including James Roszell, Ph.D.

What is the status of DermSafe in ______ country?

I am getting questions on the status for particular
countries. I still have to refer you back to the latest release. Remember -
as they get into more countries those will be material events. I can assume
they will either put out an 8K or a full press release each time they cross
another border.

Adding to this answer, I personally look forward to seeing where the
product is sold. this will be critical to establsing the potential value.
We know it is approved in Canada. We know it is a step away in China, the
UK and all of Europe. Those markets alone are huge.

Why is DermSafe better than the alcohol squirt formulas that
you see everywhere today?

I was just at my kids karate class. I saw a woman pull out her bottle
of squirt stuff from her purse when the class ended. She squirted and
squirted her kids hands. You could tell this is what she does every time
her kids come in contact with potential germs.

DermSafe allows you to do one application and feel safe for up to four
hours. When you cannot immediately wash you hands, or you feel like you are
going to be coming in contact with germs, DermSafe gives you a continuous
coverage.

Is the product real? Can this company really bring it to
market? Yes, and yes.

The company is very real. I spent a full day visiting with everyone at
the company just under two weeks ago. The company has many products at
market already. StopPain is a product my wife pulled out the cabinet and
reminded me of the moment she saw the profile. The company deals with some
of the biggest drug companies in the world. They have many products at
market already. This is what they do.

They saw the need long before H1N1 was even upon us. This is a
combination of critical timing and a truly great product. The product is
not the outcome of days or weeks of research. This product has had several
years in development. When you understand that such products have to be
tested for long periods of time to make sure they do not break down or lose
their effectiveness after too much shelf life you begin to learn that this
DermSafe (the product) is the result of years of research and testing. They
anticipated the need. They paid the price and they created the product. The
timing of H1N1 is purely coincidental, and very fortunate for those that
will now be able to use the product.

Is the product available in the US?

Let me just quote the latest press release directly:

“Skinvisible has been working with potential licensees for DermSafe
in the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and other parts
of Southeast Asia, Japan, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Africa and
Mexico. In some countries the product requires little or no regulatory
approval. In Canada DermSafe has received a drug identification number
(DIN), allowing the sale of DermSafe for personal use. In the United States
DermSafe requires approval by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA); the
active ingredient is not listed in the FDA’s monograph for over-the-counter
drugs. The FDA has opened a Pre-Investigational New Drug (Pre-IND) file for
DermSafe. Skinvisible applied for an Emergency Use Authorization from the
FDA for DermSafe, although it was not been granted at this time. It is
Skinvisible’s intention to file an FDA submission for approval.”

As the paragraph says, it is not available here. Right now you have to
look at the world as the market. First available in Canada; soon to be
available in other countries. A step away from being available in the UK
and throughout Europe. And the same for China.

How meaningful will this be to their company? What will the
revenue mean to the bottom line? To share price? Do I have a
target?

Let’s take it backwards. Yes, I have a target in my mind. I cannot
really share it with you. Let me say this, my interest and holdings is
strictly in restricted stock. I consult to the company so I cannot buy or
sell in the open market. I think I know where this will go. But imagine a
market cap of now about $11 million; then add in millions in new revenue.
If that is the case, it is going to do a number on the share price.

The company is fully viable and a great investment WITHOUT DermSafe.
With it, I think it is an extraordinary opportunity.

Did they buy the technology? Are they really just a marketing
company that bought a great idea and timed it to meet the H1N1
market?

Absolutely not. I know we are all used to companies that pick the
latest buzz word and go after a spike in share price to sell into. This
company is very real. They are in Las Vegas. They have been in the same
offices about a decade. They have two full time researchers on staff. One
is a founder. Their products – like I said earlier – are already in use all
over the world. What we have here is a very real company that has the right
product at the right time. This product will protect a lot of people, and
it could save lives potentially.

How high do I expect the stock to go to?

Feel free to write me if you have any questions.
John@StockGuru.com. I can only discuss what is publicly available, but just
about everything is out there.

ONE NOTE: I am on this SIX MONTHS. Several asked
that today. This is not a one day or one week promo. This is a serious
commitment to a company I believe in.

Thanks,

John Pentony
