The stock is on a roll and the news today clearly shows that ALTO could move much higher. The stock is on target to smash through $5.00.

Alto Group Holdings Samples High Grade Gold Assays From Golden Arrow — 6.70 Ounces per Ton 2010-01-11 17:13 ET – News Release NEW YORK, NY — (MARKET WIRE) — 01/11/10 Alto Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: ALTO) ("Alto Group" or the "Company"), wishes to announce that the Company has received initial gold assay results from sampling at the "Golden Arrow Vein" at the Alto-Ashanti Project’s Nkwanta Concession in Ghana, West Africa. The vein sampled as high as 6.70 ounces per ton (207.83 g/t). The bluish grey quartz vein was sampled over a 1 meter chip sample in the "Golden Arrow" adit, approximately 20 meters vertically below the over burden and surface laterite material. Additionally, other "Golden Arrow" vein assays have returned 1.46 opt (45.17 g/t), 1.425 opt (44.28 g/t), 3.07 opt (95.56 g/t) and 3.70 opt (116.64 g/t). All the vein samples were a minimum 1 meter chip sample as the vein has been mapped initially to be between 1.5 and 2 meters in width. The hanging wall and footwall metavolcanics are sheared silicified and contain quartz flooding and fine, disseminated arsenopyrite. Samples are pending on the zone and will be reported shortly. Visible gold has been noted in the vein and the Company implemented underground blasting to acquire fresh rock for further gold assays. The previously announced 2010 Phase 1 Exploration Program headed by experienced geological personnel is conducting follow up and evaluation of the Golden Arrow. Currently, 35 people are excavating and trenching this zone which is estimated to be up to 2kms in strike length. In Ghana, mining in the Ashanti region is dominated by AngloGold Ashanti and Newmont Ghana Gold. Alto believes the Nkwanta discovery is significant and has the potential to become a viable gold deposit as similarities can be drawn to producing gold deposits in the area. There are also over 300 registered small-scale mining groups and 90 mine support service companies currently working in Ghana.
