Hi All

And our new pick is:

                                         ** WWPW **

The global energy crisis is a big concern all around the world! We are very excited to present WWPW to you.

WWPW’s volume has been creeping up recently. A possible breakout could be very near!

WWPW could be a ground floor opportunity and an entrance into an industry that is supposed to quadruple in size in the next ten years!

The windy industry has already increased fivefold from the year 2000 to 2007!

WWPW’s current levels look extremely attractive when you think about the kind of projects the Company is involved with.

WWPW has signed an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in Ecsed, a 50 megawatt wind energy project located in Hungary.

In consideration for the 100% interest, WWPW will make an initial cash payment of $125k on January 15, 2010 and a further cash payment of $375k on March 15, 2010.

WWPW CEO and director Dr. Ingo Stuckmann commented, “Ecsed is an advanced stage project that adds significant value to our project portfolio. We will spend over $2 million in development costs over the next three years and create an investment opportunity valued in excess of $150 million, offering significant leverage to our development dollars.”

WWPW wants to create an investment opportunity over $150 million from this!!

WWPW currently trades at around: $1.13

We all have heard time and time again that oil is running out. Maybe not all oil, but the cheap crude kind is. And when this happens, you guessed it – oil prices will rise like crazy!

This could cause a Depression and an economic meltdown very quickly.

Alternative energy is going to be a big part of our future, especially wind power.

WWPW has a very promising future considering that wind power is the fastest growing source of power!

Wind could fuel 6 million homes in the United States every year!

By 2020, 25 million homes in the U.S. could run on wind power!

It’s no surprise that so many countries are turning to wind for their power when wind is a renewable energy that we won’t run out of. As long as the sun shines, the wind will blow!

Wind power is also cheap. Cheaper than the traditional and dirty fossil fuel derived electricity.

Wind power makes completely economic sense. If the price of oil drops to $50 a barrel, the economics still work; even without government subsidies.

Wind can be used to generate electricity for 6 to 8.5 cents per kilowatt-hour!

For comparison’s sake, the cost of nuclear power runs about 15 cents per kilowatt-hour. Coal now costs north of 10 cents (without factoring in carbon capture and storage). And gas-fired power costs approximately 12 cents.

Just a few years ago, wind costs rested north of 15 to 20 cents. But today, costs are low enough in some markets to compete with conventional power generation methods.

And future advancements will make wind power even cheaper!

Denmark already generates 20% of its total electrical output from wind. Spain, Portugal and Germany boast similarly impressive penetration rates of roughly 12%, 10% and 7%, respectively.

China, India, Mexico, France, Brazil, Canada, all of these countries are very focused on wind power!!

Eighty countries around the world are using wind power on a commercial basis now!!

We are giving a STRONG ALERT on WWPW to our Members!

Below you will see why we think WWPW could be our next huge gainer!

***There is a growing interest across the globe in wind energy as an alternate form of electricity!!***

***Last year, records were shattered with $36 billion in total global wind investments with the United States leading the way with $9 billion!!***

***Big opportunity in Canada as it is one of the best wind resources in the world!!***

Wind Works Power Corp. (OTC.BB:WWPW) has a mission to become a leading developer of wind energy projects in the United States, Canada and Europe.

WWPW has signed a definitive agreement whereby WWPW will acquire all of the outstanding equity interests in Zero Emission People, which includes 10 wind energy development projects totaling 375 megawatts (MW).

The agreement has been unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of each Company.

The vision of Zero Emission People is to provide the opportunity for anyone to invest early in the development of renewable wind energy projects.

As an example, as little as a $10,000 investment in a wind park blows away a person’s carbon footprint.

After the agreement with Zero Emissions People LLC:

            * WWPW’s portfolio increases  to 11 wind energy development projects totaling 385 MW, an increase of 1,183%!

            *  Signed option agreements to acquire an additional 3 wind energy projects in Europe totaling 85 MW!

            * Expanded management team has successfully developed more than 900 wind turbines worldwide with an accumulated capacity in excess of 1,500 MW;

The Chairman of WWPW, J.C. Pennie, sits on the IESO (Independent Electrical System Operators) renewable energy standing committee, based in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Pennie is a pioneer in the wind energy industry in Ontario, Canada. He has successfully developed six wind energy projects representing $360 million in power contracts that have been sold into joint ventures with international firms such as Energy Faming International of Germany and Schneider Power of Toronto!

WWPW CEO and director Dr. Ingo Stuckmann stated, “We have an incredible opportunity to develop multiple, multi-million dollar wind energy projects around the world. We look to apply our efforts to not only the untapped, greenfields opportunities in North America but, to also significantly expand our project portfolio in Europe.

“In today’s progressive and environmentally conscious world, the time to develop and realize such opportunities is like no other time in history. This is an opportunity international in scope that we are all committed to capitalizing on for the benefit of all our stakeholders,” Stuckmann continued.

Some WWPW Project Highlights:

* Grey Highlands Wind Park: 100% interest in a 10 MW project 25kms south of Georgian Bay, Ontario, Canada which is a superb location for wind resource, as the area benefits greatly from the westerly winds crossing from Lake Huron. Annual mean wind speeds are modeled at over 6.5 meters per second at an 80 meter hub height.

Snowy Ridge Wind Park: 100% interest in a 10 MW project in the vicinity west of the village of Bethany, Ontario, Canada. The project has been developed in an area of high elevation that can optimize the wind resources to their maximum. This project has been developed only 5kms from the north shore of Lake Ontario in an area of high elevation that can optimize the wind resources to a maximum. Annual mean wind speeds are measured at over 6.7 meters per second at an 80 m hub height.

Whispering Woods Wind Park: 50% interest (with an option to increase to 100%) in a 10MW project located near Millbrook, Ontario, Canada. Annual mean wind speeds are modeled at over 6.7 meters per second at an 80 m hub height.

WWPW has a very good opportunity in Canada!!

The Kyoto Accord signed by Canada requires that the Federal Government mandate reductions in greenhouse gas emissions to be below 1990 levels.

Since 1990 Canada’s C02 emissions have increased by 20%!

Ontario’s policy to close coal fired generating plants by 2015 replacing this power with wind will reduce C02 emissions into the atmosphere by 40%!!

The first closing occurred in Mississauga, June 2005.

Canada, with its size and one of the best wind resources in the world has lagged behind until now. The Federal Government has expanded its ecoENERGY Grant of $0.01 / KWh of production to 4,000 MW.

Ontario, who was behind Alberta, Saskatchewan and Quebec is catching up to offset being out of power at peak periods when it is forced to buy electricity at $0.14 to $0.22 per KWh from NY, Michigan and Quebec.

It’s critical to lower the reliance on foreign oil from dangerous countries!!

Big oilman and investor T. Boone Pickens wanted to build the world’s largest wind farm in order to get the U.S. off oil imports.

A lot of entrepreneurs and billionnaires are investing their money into wind power.

Last year investors poured $71 billion into this sector!

In 2008, wind power had produced about 1.5% of worldwide electricity usage.

North Dakota alone has enough of it to meet 25% of U.S. demand! One state out of fifty states has the ability to give 1/4 of this big nation power.

Makes you wonder what we are doing relying on foreign oil so much and not turning to companies like WWPW faster!

The Department of Energy has said that 20% of U.S. power could come from wind power by 2030!!

WWPW is in an industry that helps combat global warming!

Wind power emits no air pollution!! This is one of the cleanest energy sources out there!

Substances in air pollution cause global warming. Global warming is one of the biggest issues facing us right now!

It could bring frightening storms, flood coastal cities, destroy agriculture in many areas, and cause a wide extinction of species.

Did you know that rising sea levels are so alarming today that one nation, the Maldives, are trying to find a new home?

Al Gore has said, “Enough wind power blows through the Midwest corridor every day to alsomeet 100 percent of US electricity demand. Geothermal energy, similarly, is capable ofprovidingenormous supplies of electricity for America.”

President Obama has said that wind could generate as much as 20 percent of the U.S. electricity demand by 2030 if its full potential is pursued on land and offshore. It would also create as many as 250,000 jobs!

Obama’s energy plan would reduce greenhouse gases by 20 percent from 2005 levels by 2020, and by 83 percent by mid-century. It calls for a series of measures aimed at reducing the use of fossil energy, such as requiring utilities to produce a quarter of their electricity from renewable sources.

Wind power has the best odds of winning the alternative energy derby!!

It has been said that in the next five years, the governments in the United States, China and Europe will invest a minimum of $150 billion into wind power!

Take a look at A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd.  (NASDAQ: APWR)

In 2008, APWR entered the wind energy market and has built China’s largest wind turbine manufacturing facility.

APWR is trading over $13.00!
