Independent Consumer Testing on Private Vehicles, Including Boats, RVs
and Automobiles Indicating Reductions in Fuel Consumption and Increases in
Performance

SANTA BARBARA, CA–(Marketwire – 08/04/09) -  href="http://www.sgurunews.com/emailmarketer/link.php?M=16735&N=167&L=208&F=H">Save
the World Air, Inc.
 (OTC.BB: href="http://www.sgurunews.com/emailmarketer/link.php?M=16735&N=167&L=211&F=H">ZERO),
an innovative pioneer in the clean technology industry focused on energy
efficiency and air quality issues, has received positive feedback from
several private parties who, in cooperation with the Company, have
installed the MagChargR(TM) on their vehicles. The vehicles include boats,
automobiles and RVs.

In February 2009, STWA received notice from the California Air
Resources Board (CARB) that it had been issued an Executive Order (EO
number D-659) approving its products for sale in California.
A CARB Executive Order is recognized by the EPA, meaning the
product can also be legally sold in all 50 states. Furthermore, CARB has
made this a universal exemption, allowing its use on any motor vehicle
through the 2008 model year.

“I was very excited to get a MagChargR from STWA for my 25′
Advantage performance boat. Anything that can boost gas mileage and HP
while reducing emissions is a very good thing,” commented Mr. Robert
Torbett, a realtor from Peoria, Arizona. “We had one little glitch on
the installation relating to how the throttle body fits on the engine
manifold, but STWA figured out a simple fix and I was then able to install
the MagChargR on my boat in about 15 minutes. It was actually much easier
than I thought it was going to be.”

Mr. Torbett continued, “Since we already had 425HP, I
didn’t notice much of an increase in power at the low end, but there
is a noticeable increase in power in the midrange. One of the biggest
improvements has been in gas mileage. On our most recent weekend lake trip,
we were able to cruise up and down the lake and ski all weekend with a full
load of people using much less gas. Normally I would have had to fill up
during the weekend since we were out for three days, but this trip, I
actually came home with gas left in the tank. With an 85 gallon tank, this
device is saving me a lot of money.”

James Henry owns a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. “It has a tired 350
small block Chevy engine in it. I recently installed a MagChargR unit
myself. It took no more than 10 to 15 minutes to put on. I was amazed at
how easy it was to install. The only thing I had to buy was a gasket and
longer carburetor bolts, which I found at a Kragen’s shop just down
the street for about $8,” commented Mr. Henry.

“I IMMEDIATELY (emphasis Mr. Henry’s) felt an increase in
horsepower and throttle response. It was a noticeable difference,”
continued Mr. Henry. “I don’t baby my car or treat it like a
trailer queen. I actually drive it almost on a daily basis. After a few
weeks I also noticed a sizable difference in my trips to the gas
pump.”

Mr. Erwin Rainak installed a MagChargR on his Chevrolet Silverado V8
6.0L. “Installation of the MagChargR was very easy and quick. Anybody
with some basic tools can do it in 30 minutes or less. No extra parts were
necessary except some longer bolts,” stated Mr. Rainak.

Mr. Rainak added, “Instantly I noticed the torque improvement and
throttle response on the vehicle. On the highway at cruising speeds around
70 mph I have never seen my mileage indicator go above 11.2 mpg no matter
how I drove. After installation of the MagChargR the mileage (at highway
cruising speed) went up instantly to 12.8 mpg, and I have even seen 13.4
mpg under some conditions. In city driving I have not seen any changes with
the exception of the torque response. This is money wisely spent for what
you get.”

Cecil Bond Kyte, Chairman and CEO of Save The World Air, Inc., stated,
“We have placed several units in the field with consumers. Our goal
with these ‘beta’ tests is to get valuable feedback from
consumers who are installing the MagChargR on different types of vehicles
and watercraft.

“Having the MagChargR installed by these consumers, on their
personal cars, trucks, boats and RVs gives us a good read on how the
product performs. This is information that can’t be gauged in a dyno
test, it’s ‘real world’ stuff, the type of driving,
boating and cruising that is done by real people, in everyday situations.
Given the feedback, we are extremely pleased and satisfied that MagChargR
is delivering the results we always knew it would.”

The MagChargR is currently being offered for sale publicly for 5.7 and
6.1 Hemi engines manufactured by Dodge. The pricing is set at $225.00 per
unit. Customers with questions on the product can contact Magnumforce at:

Temple
University Agreements

src="http://i.stockguru.com/ZERO/TempleOverview.jpg" width="250"
height="158" />

Research
and Development and ELEKTRA™

The
Company has entered into a research and development agreement
(R&D Agreement) with Temple University to conduct
further research on the ELEKTRA™ technology.
Under the R&D Agreement Temple University will
conduct a 24-month research project towards
expanding the scope of, and developing products
utilizing, the technologies covered under the License Agreements,
including design and manufacture of prototypes utilizing
electric fields to improve diesel, gasoline and kerosene
fuel injection in engines using such fuels and a
device utilizing a magnetic field to reduce crude
oil viscosity for crude oil (paraffin and mixed
base) and edible oil flow in pipelines.

If the
research project yields results within the scope of the
technologies licensed pursuant to the License Agreements,
those results will be deemed included as rights licensed
to the Company pursuant to the License Agreements. If
the research project yields results outside of the
scope of the technologies covered by the License
Agreements, the Company has a six-month right of
first negotiation to enter into a new worldwide,
exclusive license agreement with Temple University
for the intellectual property covered by those
results.

ELEKTRA™ Technology
Research with Temple University

The
Company has obtained a license from Temple University for
their patent-pending uniform electric field technology,
tentatively called ELEKTRA™. The ELEKTRA™
technology consists of passing fuel through a
specific strong electrical field. Although
ELEKTRA™ has a similar effect on fuels as the company’s
ZEFS and MK IV technologies, ELEKTRA™ incorporates a
uniform electrical field principle. Based on the
Company’s early research and product
development, it is believed that ELEKTRA™
carries certain advantages over ZEFS and MK IV technologies,
primarily not requiring as many variations for products
incorporating the ELEKTRA™ technology compared to products
incorporating the ZEFS or MK IV
technologies.

Preliminary
testing conducted in Europe by an outside research and
development facility indicates that ELEKTRA™
causes a significant change in some of the physical
characteristics of the fuel, resulting in better
atomization of the fuel and improved combustion.

SWTA
has also entered into a research and development agreement
with Temple University to conduct further research on the
ELEKTRA™ technology and magnetic technologies in
general. Together with Temple University, a
prototype has been developed using products with the
ELEKTRA™ technology. Testing and research and
development continues.

The
preliminary testing is intended to improve fuel economy
and change fuel viscosity, and may improve performance and
reduce emissions, depending upon the specific
application.

The
Company is also working with Temple and several domestic
and international corporations investigating applications
of this technology to the transportation industry, oil
refineries and pipelines.

Three
Licensing Agreements with Temple
University

In 2007,
STWA entered into three License Agreements with Temple
University covering Temple University’s
current patent applications concerning certain
electric field effects on gasoline, kerosene and
diesel fuel particle size distribution, and concerning
electric field effects on crude oil and edible oil viscosity.
Initially, the License Agreements are exclusive and the
territory licensed is worldwide.

Sales
under the three License Agreements are not aggregated for
purposes of calculating the royalties payable to Temple
University. In addition, the Company has agreed to bear
all costs of obtaining and maintaining patents in any
jurisdiction where the Company directs Temple
University to pursue a patent for either of the
licensed technologies.

Should
the Company not wish to pursue a patent in a particular
jurisdiction, that jurisdiction would not be included in
the territory licensed to the Company.
