SKVI’s Patent Just Got Stronger AND Longer

“DermSafe” will play an incredibly
important role for protection agains the H1N1
virus.
We sent you the press release on Friday regarding SKVI’s
approval for a new United States patent for its polymer
technology Invisicare.
This patent added two things: an additional year and a
half to the existng patent AND components to the current
patents granted in the United States for Invisicare, this
patent adds protection in new areas, covering eight new
claims.
DermSafe stays bound to the skin
for up to four hours, even after hand washing.
This is the safest protection imaginable against the H1N1
virus.
With a wholly inadequate amount of H1N1 flu vaccine this
may be the best protection around as flu season approaches
and now SKVI has locked down its ownership rights even
tighter.
20M doses of vaccine are predicted to be available and
it may take two doses. This means in a country of 250M plus
that 10M will be effectively vaccinated.
