I would like everyone to do some due diligence on a new company that was brought to me from a dear friend. The company is New Energy Technologies, Inc. trading on the OTCBB under ticker symbol NENE. NENE is currently at $0.93 and looks like it has found a support level after being oversold and could bounce back over a dollar in the near future.

New Energy Technologies, Inc., together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, is a developer of next generation alternative and renewable energy technologies. Among the Company’s technologies under development are:
- MotionPower™ roadway systems for generating electricity by capturing the kinetic energy produced by moving vehicles. An estimated 250 million registered vehicles drive more than 6 billion miles on America’s roadways, every day; and

NENE’s technology captures the kinetic energy of cars, trucks, buses, and trains, the energy of motion, which could then be fed directly to the power grid.
It is carbon-neutral, and unlike many power sources, requires little or no outside energy to operate. And unlike inventions that have tried to capture the kinetic energy of moving vehicles before, it does not "steal" acceleration energy from the vehicles.
It could be one of the most important energy innovations of our era.
